Did you know that the 1st SEO World Champion was a Filipino? He is no other than Benj Arriola. He joined another contest this year called the UK Webmaster World (UKWW) SEO Contest and he’s currently on the number 1 spot. If he gets to maintain the lead in this contest until April 1, that will give him three International SEO contests won in a row, Vorgermilten, SEO World Championship and UKWW SEO Contest. Amazing isn’t it?
Not only that. In the current UKWW SEO Contest, there are other 3 Pinoys, aside from Benj, who are making it into the top 10. And this is what Benj wants to achieve: for Pinoy SEO to conquer at least the top 10 spot.

Pedrina escaped from SEOContest2008. She ran and ran far far away into the forest and lived alone through the summer. She wove blades of grass into a bed, and hung it from a large leaf like a hammock. She drank dew from the plants, and ate pollen from the flowers. What is happening to Pedrina? One night, as Pedrina was sleeping, SEOContest2008 hopped in through an open window. "She’ll make a fine wife for my son," said SEOContest2008, and he took Pedrina and hopped to his home by the river.
"Oh my!" was all the SEOContest2008’s son said when he saw Pedrina.
"Quiet!" said SEOContest2008.
When Pedrina awoke and found herself in the middle of the river she started to cry.
SEOContest2008 spoke to her. "You will marry my son," he told Pedrina, and live with us here by the river. I’ll come back for you when your new home is ready."
